The Sustainable Bus of the Year’s international jury announced its winners on 19 November 2021. In the category ‘Intercity’ Kendo 13 CNG won from the other two finalists Mercedes-Benz Intouro and Scania Interlink LNG.

Why did Kendo 13 CNG win the SbY award?
Kendo 13 CNG has a full safety package and smart fleet management tools. With its 320 horse power CNG Cummins engine, it provides the same performance as the diesel equivalent, but with clear benefits on the environmental side. 81% of the vehicle components can be recycled. It features the highest CNG tank capacity in its class. The tanks are placed on the roof, without compromising the overall height, space and luggage compartment. The vehicle also has a beautiful design.
