At Busworld Türkiye, Arcol will present the new eMirror System. As the new GSR (General Safety Regulation) will come into effect this summer, Arcols eMirror System now has incorporated new additional functionalities such as ADAS: Collision Warning, the R158 Rear Detection and Visibility. The cameras are also placed in a new housing.
The company has a broad portfolio of mirrors for different types of vehicles, and currently consolidates its new technological era with its CMS the eMirror system. The eMirror has a high-definition digital camera and monitor system. Arcal states that this CMS, Camera Monitoring System, improves the driving experience in the bus and coach sector. The eMirror is composed of two cameras and one monitor in each side of the vehicle that cover categories II and IV and, as an option, can be expanded to categories V and VI by including extra cameras and a monitor. It are IP 69K Certified cameras.
